Fall Coaches Meeting:

Confirmed Date: September 1, 2025

Time: 7:00-7:45pm

Where: Jenks City Hall Community Room

Parking: In the back of the building near the police department or at the library across the street. 

Coaches must register from a mobile device or it will not allow you to register. 

Once you register and pay the team fee, you will need to send an invitation to your players through your Sports Pilot portal in order for them to register to your team.  The invitation is NOT sent to you.  You will need to log in, select your name, your team, then in the menu options, "Invite Players."  If you do not have all the contact emails for your team, you can email yourself an invitation for your own player, then forward that to your team as it contains the code (and a direct link) for registration.  

If additional players are needed to fill your team, you can email jenksyouthbaseball@cox.net for potential waitlisted players.
