Spring Coaches Meeting:

Tentative Date: February 15, 2026

Time: 5:45-7:00pm for all T-Ball/Modified Coach Pitch 6U/Coach Pitch 7U coaches

           7:30-8:45pm for Coach Pitch 8U/Modified 9U/All Kid Pitch coaches

Where: Jenks City Hall Community Room

Parking: In the back of the building near the police department or at the library across the street. 

COACH REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Coaches must register from a mobile device or it will not allow you to register. 

Invitational League registration:

Choose this league if you will have a full team.  Additional players will not be added to teams in the invitational league.  Once you register as a coach and create your team, you will need to send an invitation to yourself through your Sports Pilot portal in order for them to register to your team.  The invitation is NOT sent to you automatically.  You will need to log in, select your name, your team, then in the menu options, "Invite Players."  Do NOT send the invite to all your players!  Copy the invitation code only and send it to them directing them to register from our registration page on our website.  

Regular League registration:

Choose this league if you will be needing the league to add players from the unassigned pool to your team.  We will assign players to your team once registration has concluded.
