REGISTRATION DETAILS

Please note that each new family must create a family profile with Sports Pilot; you will be able to access this profile at any time.
ASSISTANT COACHES do NOT need to register. If you choose to register as a head coach, you will not be refunded the coaches fee.
Late registration will run Feb 2–6, 2026, but players are NOT guaranteed a team during this time frame, and a $25 late fee will apply.
EPIC families: JYB is no longer an EPIC vendor and cannot accept EPIC funds.

PARENTS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL BEFORE YOU REGISTER: Please note the continuation of the "JYB 2026 Spring Invitation Only" league this year. Choose this league to register ONLY if your coach has provided you an invitation code to register directly to their team. If you do not have a code, you will register your player in the "JYB 2026 Spring Recreational League". If you have been invited to play for a team/coach in this league, you can register directly to that team without an invitation code. If not, you will register your player as an unassigned player, and the league will place your player on a team that is not full at the conclusion of registration.

BEFORE REGISTERING

Parents, please DO NOT select a team at random. If your player has not been invited to play for a specific team, you must select UNASSIGNED for your team. We will then assign your player to a team that is not full. Many teams will fill before registration closes. THANK YOU!

BIRTH CERTIFICATES

We require all NEW players to submit a birth certificate to be eligible to play in the league on any existing team. The system only accepts PDF files, so please copy any photos into a Word document and save it as a PDF before uploading.

GRADE BASED EXCEPTION RULE

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS

For players 12 and under: Players that play in other Spring Leagues (Hilti, Bixby, O’Brien, Broken Arrow, Sapulpa, Glenpool, Sand Springs, Tulsa, etc.) will not be eligible to play in JYB league play. Also, players that play on a Tournament/Travel Team only will not be eligible to play in JYB league play. This rule is intended for individual players that would like to play on a tournament/travel AND a JYB league team. This rule does not apply to players playing for one team that is registered to play at JYB. JYB teams are allowed and encouraged to play tournaments if they so choose.

Note: Players that play on a school team that plays in a school league are allowed to play at JYB. This rule does not apply to players that are considered 13 & 14 year-old. 13 & 14 year-olds may play at JYB and any other league(s)/team(s).

FIELD LOCATION

Most games will be played at the Jenks Youth Baseball complex at Park West in Jenks. Some kid pitch leagues may play at at other parks in addition to the JYB fields if it is necessary to interleague with another local baseball organization.

LENGTH OF SEASON

League practices will begin in late February, and games will begin the Monday after Spring Break. Games will conclude by Memorial Day or the first week of June at the latest, weather permitting. The league is also accepting applications for coaches at all age groups and skill levels.
